9/12 meeting overview:
BAGS: -Bag Bill goes into effect October 22nd!
-Remember to check any of the Providence Libraries for ZWP Bag Swaps: take a bag, leave a bag!
-Keep a look out for upcoming bag handout dates and bag collection dates
COMPOSTING (Composting sub group - ask when next meeting date is):
-"100 by 2020" goal of getting 100 restaurants composting by the end of 2020. Keep connecting restaurants with compost haulers
-ZWP teaming up to help with Residential Composting pilot project
OUTREACH & UPCOMING PLANS:
-Lookout for ZWP table at Climate Action march September 20th
-Planning and prepping for Styrofoam Ban campaign (ask about how you can be involved)
